The Kensington Clinic is a specialized counseling service offering nationwide support throughout New Zealand via Zoom or telephone. Our primary areas of expertise encompass addiction counseling and sober coaching, anger management, stress management, and motivation enhancement.

We employ solution-focused therapeutic methods and are dedicated to incorporating the latest advancements and breakthroughs in counseling and addiction treatment. Recognizing the needs of our farming and working clients, we provide after-hours services.

Most sessions last for approximately 40 minutes, commencing with two initial sessions. The addiction program ( Sober Coach Program ) is structured over a six-week period, designed to accommodate both work and home responsibilities.
